STS dock hoses, which means ship to ship hose is designed for transferring crude oil, petroleum products of cargoes between vessels and oil tankers. All of our STS dock hoses can be used to transport oil and petroleum without wasting resources. Since our hoses are made of customized mixtures, our hoses have the best quality.
STS dock hoses mainly consist of inner tube, reinforcement, and cover layer. The cover layer protects the hose body from the damage of the external corrosive environment.

- Inner tube: Synthetic rubber or thermoplastic material (NBR) with features of smooth and resistance to oil and fuel
- Reinforcement layer: High tensile polyester fabric with stainless steel helix embedded
- Cover layer: CR compound rubber resistant to abrasion, seawater, and sunlight
- Body wire: Steel wire
- Flange :ASTM A-105 (Max. Carbon 0.25%)
